Ircast is specialist in design, manufacture and installation of metallurgical furnaces for relevant industries and newly direct fired process heaters for oil, and petrochemical industry. With over 30 years combined management expertise, Ircast has designed, built and commissioned over 400 heaters, including some of the largest, most technically complex and advanced ever constructed in Iran.
Ircast have the experience and integrated corporate structure to handle both small single heater projects as well as larger and more complex multiple heater projects.
We have executed different projects on a job-venture basis with some international companies such as Fata, Linde & Tecnicas runidas.In some cases feasibility studies on projects with BIH company.

The Ircast Metallurgical Group was established in 1974 by seven expert metallurgists who were among the first graduates of Sharif University with the goal of creating metallurgical factories with their attending machinery and equipment in Tehran, in addition to launching the Fouliran Steel Casting Foundry and its solenoid valve factory.
In 1981 after demonstrating ourselves as a pioneer and innovative company in the Iranian metallurgy industry, we commenced working in the heat treatment of aluminum, copper and steel alloys by instituting the Piyawar Company. Ultimately, in 2002 we started a partnership with the German Schauenberg Company, named Ircast Schauenberg, which for the first time in Iran designed and constructed petrochemical furnaces for the Iranian petroleum industry and customers abroad, all the while achieving domestic innovations.
We in the Ircast Metallurgical Group, along with the Ircast Schauenberg Company and the support of the Piyawar Industrial Services Company, have created a partnership striving to provide a bedrock in metallurgy, and in particular the engineering of industrial furnaces, capable of competing with international manufacturers to answer domestic needs.
